Taser

TASER is an acronym for Time Amplified by Stimulated Emission of Radiation, a non- or less-lethal weapon system. By energising time particles they can be focused in front of the device on a person, stunning them by knocking them out of temporal sync with their surroundings.

It has been suggested that this technology might be used in such fields as healthcare, travel, manufacturing, information technology and superluminal travel. For them moment it is used only to zap people, and occasionally animals.
