Texas is the only state in the union that matters, the home of Texas Tea (a type of marijuana), the Texas Tuxedo (has a ruffled shirt) and Buffalo Wings (invented by John Wing in Buffalo, Texas). Famous Texans include Robert E Howard, and Patricia Highsmith.

The motto of Texas is "Don't mess with Texas."
